Production process:
Casting process: The cones of three-cone drill bits are usually cast with high-strength alloy steel or carbide materials. During the casting process, strengthening metals are added inside the cones to ensure the strength and wear resistance of the cones. The casting process ensures the overall strength and durability of the drill bit.

Heat treatment: In order to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the cone material, the cones and core structures of three-cone drill bits are usually subjected to heat treatment processes. This includes steps such as quenching and tempering to improve the hardness and impact resistance of alloy steel.

Precision machining: The cutting tooth shape on the surface of the cone needs to be precisely machined to ensure its cutting ability and service life. The machining process includes steps such as grinding, cutting, and polishing to ensure the accuracy of each cutting tooth.

Assembly and inspection: The processed and heat-treated cones, bearings, housings and other components are precisely assembled to ensure the matching accuracy and overall stability of each component. After assembly, strict quality inspection and functional testing are also required to ensure the reliability of the drill bit in actual work.
